One Year Review:
Top Pros->Quiet community, friendly staff and spacious units(large closet)
Top Cons-> Theft/Security issues, random water shutoffs and bad trash pickup.
My time at this complex was pleasant overall however I decided to move ultimately because my cons outweighed my pros. Within my year being here, I received at least 8 security notices with individuals car parts getting stolen/broken into. Water does randomly get shut off if there are building issues or city issues which was an annoyance.
The trash pickup was not consistent. My unit also had very minimum sunlight and I did not care for the small patio.
I did enjoy the garden tub- washer/dryer in unit and huge closet.
Quiet community, spacious and affordable apartment. But the water is ALWAYS being shut off at minimum twice a month, extremely inconvenient and a huge annoyance. Front gate is always broken as well. Parking is a little weird due to the spaces are made at an angle so backing up is always a gamble. But the staff is friendly. Ready for my lease to be up. Will not be renewing, this water issue is a deal breaker. This has been an ongoing thing since I moved in 11 months ago. This is ridiculous
Time has come as 2023 is the year, moving into new house and I have to say, that Lisa Ladewig and her management team has done an awesome job at any and everything that was needed while I resided at the complex over the years. Had no such …
Lisa truly took the time to help me out she is an awesome person. Property is really nice, and the pool look amazing! Have a great gym too. The Staff was very helpful and informative.
I Highly Recommend! :)
Customer service is poor and inconsistent. When I first moved into these apartments there was a male working in the office who had exceptional customer service. He shortly left the property after I moved in and I have NEVER received the same customer service since. Beware of misinformation or "missing" information they lie and are very lazy/unprofessional about handling business. They could care less about your time or circumstance it's almost like they want you to leave the property they do not value their residents. One of the office ladies in particular was almost reluctant to provide me service and I am a CURRENT RESIDENT depending on who you speak to in the office, you WILL feel discriminated against. Beware.
I have had a great experience living here largely because of the lovely ladies in the front office. From the time I moved in they were very helpful especially the property manger (Lisa). If I have any problems she gets it taken care of ASAP, if it is not in a timely manner she communicates were things stand in the process. Lastly, Lisa is loving and caring to her tenets and treats them like family; she is not in this business for the money but to help people have a great experience at her property.
NO WATER, NO HEADS UP #4 - for the fourth time I have no water. Management is unaware when the water is coming back. Luckily, this time I wasn’t caught on the toilet without water to flush like it happened during the second time. Please let me out of the lease without penalty!
Recently my license plate was stolen here and my vehicle was scratched up in the process. I called the leasing office and was told to call JVPD and that it was basically not the leasing office's problem. They have enough money to install …
